David Chapin Langmo, 45, of Cloquet passed away on Dec. 30, 2023. David was born in Willmar, Minnesota on July 9, 1978, to Michael and Debra (Chapin) Langmo. In 1996, David completed his high school education at Litchfield High School and subsequently earned an associate degree from Lake Superior College in 2004. Recycle your Christmas tree Carlton County residents are encouraged to recycle Christmas trees during Treecycling, a free program with drop-off locations throughout the region. Christmas trees, like yard waste, are banned from landfills in Minnesota. Remove all ornaments, tinsel, lights, tree stands and tree bags before bringing trees in.
