    The Carlton Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting a new workshop in its efforts to protect property owners from forest fires. The “Learn to Become Firewise” program will take place 6:30 to 8 p.m. on April 26 at the Cloquet Public Library.     Carlton County master gardeners are hosting two family garden-party-style classes in the next month. They are free and open to everyone, but space is limited, so registration is required. The first session is 10-11:30 a.m. April 28. The second is at the same time on May 12.
