    Kerry Rodd|May 7, 2021

The Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels relied on the strong pitching arm of sophomore pitcher Alex Hoffman last Tuesday as they pulled away to a 6-2 victory over the Barnum Bombers in Willow River. "Tuesday's game against Barnum was actually one of our better-weather games," said ML/WR coach Kelly Goeb. "Our field was a little damp in the pitcher's circle and around home plate, but it was still very playable. Luckily, the field is on sand so it dries quickly." Both Hoffman and Barnum pitcher...

    Jennie K. Hanson|May 7, 2021

It’s that time again when we need to meet to decide what events we are having at this year’s Wrong Days celebration. Our first meeting was last Tuesday at Kalli’s. We will definitely need some more help, as Jake has retired from doing the steak fry and we still have no one to take over kids’ games and the coronation on Friday night. Please spread the word. If anyone is interested in helping out with the event, please let Linda Kalli know if you can help: 218-878-7876 or linda.k...
