Remember to bag leaves and pine needles and place them near the street. Place brush in a pile next to the bags. For the City of Carlton, there are also dropoff areas for mulch and brush only.     Sharon Lynn (Lowell) Sell, 78, of Carlton passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, at Aspirus-St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth. She was born March 7, 1946, to Martin and Shirley (Rodd) Lowell in Gary, Indiana. She grew up in the Cloquet area and graduated from Esko High School in 1964.     The intersection of Minnesota Highway 210 and Carlton County Highway 61 in Carlton will close Thursday as construction continues on J-turn installation at the site.
