Mary Beth Peter plays Christmas carols and other holiday tunes Saturday on a 1910 upright grand Hamilton piano recently donated to the Carlton County Historical Society. One of the piano’s original owners, Joanne Pearson, was in the crowd Saturday. Elaine Margaret (Lindgren) Finnila, 82, of Cloquet passed peacefully into heaven with family at her side in her home on Dec. 4, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.
