To honor and celebrate Earth Day, 28 hearty souls met on Saturday morning at the public water access on Eagle Lake in Cromwell for a roadside cleanup. On April 13, Carlton County Animal Rescue was able to offer a microchip clinic and additional resources in Cloquet's Veterans Park. At roughly 12:28 p.m. Tuesday, the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a structure fire in the 4100 block of County Road 4 in Corona Township, west of Sawyer.
