He was born March 10, 1933, to George and Mable (Piquette) Baker in Duluth. Richard Milton Chabot, 69, of Cloquet passed away on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth. He was born March 5, 1955, to Milton and Joyce (Thul) Chabot in Cloquet.
