Donald A. Anderson, 91, of Cloquet passed away from a stroke on Sept. 16, 2021, at St. Luke's Hospice. He was born to Alver and Lillian (Erickson) Anderson on June 2, 1930, in Cloquet. Don was a lifelong resident of Cloquet. He married Rosemary Bodie on May 1, 1954, and together they raised six children. Don was employed for many years at Bodie's Grocery. Donald Andrew Pykkonen, “Farmer Don,” 86, passed away at home from complications of pancreatic cancer on Sept. 5, 2021, not more than 100 yards from where he was born. Donald was born during a blizzard on Jan. 5, 1935, to Andrew and Hulda Mary (Helberg) Pykkonen in Thomson Township. It was there on the family farm that he spent his entire life. John Patrick Connor, 47, of Barnum passed away on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021, in his home. He was born March 30, 1974, in Cloquet to John and MaryAnn (Fisher) Connor.
