Permit required to drive ATVs or UTVs on Cloquet city streets

The Cloquet police department issued a reminder to Cloquet and Scanlon residents who want to drive their ATVs or UTVs on city streets to come to the police department and fill out an application and provide proof of registration and insurance to get a city permit. The permit costs $10 and is good for the calendar year. This requirement is per the new city policy (City Ordinance, Chapter 5.6.01) that was passed last year.
