Graduate student from Japan awarded P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship

Congratulations to Yukiko Koto of Japan! Koto is pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minn., and was awarded an International Peace Scholarship (I.P.S.) by the philanthropic educational organization, P.E.O. International. P.E.O. International is a nonprofit organization that has helped over 100,000 women pursue their educational goals by providing millions in educational assistance, through six philanthropies and a foundation. Koto was recommended for this scholarship by the Cloquet Chapter (EM/MN) of P.E.O. The I.P.S. provides funds to female graduate students from other countries who are studying in the United States and Canada.
