A hometown newspaper with a local office, local owners & lots of local news
It’s good to be back in Minnesota and my home, after traveling to Washington, D.C. with my son and grandson. We had a wonderful time visiting the many memorials and monuments, and especially the cherry blossoms which were at their peak, but it’s always great to get back home.
Congratulations to Sara and Dustin Rahja on the birth of their son, Riley Leonard, on April 5, 2019. Proud grandparents are Carrie and Wayne Lind, and Pam and Bob Rahja.
Also, congratulations to Vance Anderson on his recent retirement. Seems strange to me that my very first students are old enough to retire, but his is well deserved.

Did you know that a person with two different colored eyes has heterochromia iridum? It’s not often that you see this unusual eye condition, but you may know of several: They are actress Jane Seymour, and baseball player Max Scherzer. Are there others in our area?
That’s all the news from the Edge of Wright! Have a great week!
