Brynne Mickle pitched the Bulldogs to the win as Carlton stayed undefeated. Abby Mickle smacked out three hits with a double and a home run while Brynne Mickle added two hits with a double. Alaina Bennett also had a pair of hits, including a double.

Celia Olesiak threw a five-inning gem and the Panthers won in five innings. Adelia Olesiak bashed out two hits and had five RBI. Natalie Smith chipped in with a pair of hits for South Ridge.

Kristy DeMuth pitched a one-hitter in leading the Eskomos to the win. In her first high school outing, DeMuth had a no-hitter with two outs in the seventh inning before the Vikings were able to scratch out a hit to break up the bid. Esko scored a pair of runs in the fourth inning, added a single tally in the fifth and then scored three in the sixth to take the win. Kaitlyn Bergers had a pair of hits and Dea DeLeon scored two runs for the Eskomos.

SUPERIOR-7
CLOQUET-1
The Lumberjacks hosted Superior Tuesday and the visitors handed them a 7-1 loss. Gavin Rasmussen and Noah Niemi both went 2-for-4 at the plate for Cloquet but the one run wasn’t enough. The teams each scored a run in the first inning but a Spartans hit parade in the fourth, earning three runs, kept the team undefeated this season at 5-0.

Kaden Crane gave up just one hit and fanned 11 as the Bulldogs took the five-inning win. Austin Parker had a pair of hits including a double and a triple for Carlton and Ryan Gray added a double among his three hits. Kristian Herman had a pair of hits for the Bulldogs.
ESKO-18
COOK COUNTY-1
Tyler Koskela shined both on the mound and at the plate in leading Esko to a five-inning win. Koskela pitched three innings and in the process struck out four Vikings while also getting a pair of hits. Esko also got three hits from Noah Furcht resulting in three RBIs as well as two hits from Jackson Pfister, five RBIs from James LeGarde and three RBIs from Josh Bolgrean.

Riley Kinsley gave up just two hits for the Panthers in the five-inning win. Joey Janke added a double and three RBIs for the Panthers who also got two hits from Kinsley, a triple from Mason Lane and two hits from Jaxson Bennett.
