Letter: Carlton, Wrenshall need fresh start

Isn’t it time to build a new school in between the cities of Carlton and Wrenshall with a new name, new mascot and fresh start for both districts? As each city wants a school, they can keep an elementary, but the middle school and high school students need a building better suited for today’s technology.
