Despite rain, crowd flocks to Cloquet Fourth

It rained in the morning. It rained in the afternoon. But everything still went mostly as planned in Cloquet for its annual Fourth of July celebration, from the parade and free rainbows to wiffleball, pie eating and fireworks.
