Thanks also to Irene Rudnicki, Bonnie Christopherson and Sonja Wick for organizing. The fourth annual Wounded Warriors United-Minnesota motorcycle ride is Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Cromwell Pavilion, 5577 Highway 73 N. The 58th Lakehead Harvest Show will be held Friday-Sunday, Aug. 23-25, at 70 E. St. Louis River Road in Esko. There still may be time to organize a Harvest Fest in Cromwell for Sept. 6 and 7, but time is running out. Maybe just the Friday night steak fry is an idea, as I hear there are a couple of class reunions planned for that weekend, as they had thought Harvest Fest was a good time to get together. With that in mind, the Cromwell Area Community Club will be meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14 at the Pavilion. Come and share your ideas — this is a great event for the Cromwell area, bringing lots of people and business to town for the weekend.

That’s all the news from the Edge of Wright.
