Eugenia M. Lisson, 83, of Cloquet passed away Friday, Oct. 18, 2019, at Villa Court in Cromwell.
She was born Dec. 20, 1935, in Long Prairie to Gene and Roselind (Luke) Host. Eugenia was united in marriage to Robert Lisson on June 7, 1955. She worked at a hatchery in Browerville, Vnuk’s Grocery, and was a cook at the Knight Club and Moose Lodge 1274. Eugenia was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Women of the Moose Lodge 1274, and Reading Grandmas at Fond du Lac Reservation. She especially loved playing cards, bingo, board games, and going to the casino.
Eugenia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and one sister, Arlis.
She is survived by her children Jim (Sharon) Lisson, Cindy (Jim) Kilman, Joe (Joan) Lisson, Rick (Carol) Lisson, John Lisson and Tim (Julie) Lisson; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one eagerly awaited great-grandchild; 11 brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Memorial Mass on Monday, Oct. 28 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Cloquet. Inurnment will be held at New Calvary Cemetery, followed by a luncheon in the church social hall.
