Law enforcement investigating HIcks Window and Door

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office and the Duluth Police Department are conducting a joint investigation into a local business named Hicks Window and Door. Several people have recently reported paying thousands of dollars to this business for window and other residential remodel work. The agreed upon work was not completed, and these customers were not refunded any money. The owner of Hicks Window and Door is cooperating with the investigation.

The total amount paid by customers for unfinished goods or services appears to be an excess of $100,000. However, at this time it is believed there are individuals who have not contacted law enforcement to report their loss.

Anyone who feels they have been intentionally deceived, or are in similar circumstances with this business, are asked to call law enforcement:
