The Cloquet Police Department held its fourth annual Stuff the Squad Dec. 16 outside the Cloquet L&M Fleet Supply and Walmart stores, where people were invited to fill the squad cars with new, unwrapped toys, games, or sporting equipment for the Cloquet Area Salvation Army Toy Drive. Pictured at the L&M store Saturday are CPD officers Laci Silgjord and K-9 Vader, Trevor Kaldor, Ryan Lunda, Dave O'Connor, Larry Sherk and James Demko. O'Connor said between the two stores, the CPD collected five truckloads of toys that they passed on to the Salvation Army the same night. "There were a lot of community members and a lot of staff from (L&M) that brought toys out," O'Connor said. "It's always nice to give back to the community and help provide toys for families that can use them."
