Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College and the Northeast Minnesota Beekeepers Association are hosting a virtual symposium called “Beekeeping and More!” Saturday, Feb. 13, for anyone interested in learning about beekeeping as a hobby or as a commercial enterprise.
The virtual symposium will open at 8:45 a.m. and classes run 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. Registration is $10. Pre-registration is required, available online at https://bit.ly/3ahMKB6. Zoom links to the day’s presentations will be emailed to registered participants.
Other session topics include beginning beekeeping, the science and craft of beekeeping, colony health trends and keeping healthy hives, and more.
