The Minnesota Judicial Branch is in the process of a deliberate, gradual return to more in-person court proceedings and modifications to its Covid-19 health and safety protocols.
As of June 14, criminal and civil jury trials will be in person along with most other court proceedings. Misdemeanor criminal trials and contested hearings will be held in person beginning Aug. 2.
