Cloquet's Jake Schwinn is facing some hefty medical bills after a flash fire from a bonfire last month left him with first- and second-degree burns across his torso, hands and arms. Schwinn has no health insurance and had to take two weeks off while he was recovering before returning to work.
A spaghetti feed benefit, including a quilt raffle (quilt pictured below), bake sale and silent auction, is scheduled for 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 17 at the Cloquet VFW on Arch Street.
