Our sympathy to the family of Timothy Alan Frank, 57, of Cloquet who passed away Sept. 23. He was raised in Wright and graduated from Cromwell High School in 1983. Services were Oct. 7.
The Round Lake Presbyterian Church is holding a sale 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Cromwell-Wright school reminder: Masks are required on buses, by federal mandate. The district is going through masks at an alarming rate, so make sure your child has a mask they can use each day for bus rides.

Do you have a drawerful of socks that you no longer wear? Bethlehem Lutheran Church is collecting them to donate to “Sock for Detox.” Just drop them off at the church or give me a call. They can even use socks that don’t have mates. New and gently used socks will go to detox programs in Duluth.
The Go Show, formerly known as the Northland Senior Expo, will be held 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27 at the DECC in Duluth. Get free tickets at any Walgreens.
