Winter parking began Monday

Winter parking in the area is in effect now through March, so don’t leave your cars parked on the streets overnight.

From Nov. 1 through March 31, cars cannot be parked overnight on streets or in alleys. In Esko, parking on the street is prohibited between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m., and in Carlton, from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. Cloquet doesn’t allow parking on the street between midnight and 6 a.m.
