Help is needed. Our community is collecting financial donations for Ukraine through Robert Suhonen. We will make sure the funds get to his friends in Ukraine, with no middleman or overhead costs.
The Cromwell-Wright girls and boys basketball awards night will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24 in the auditorium for JV and varsity only. The public is welcome.
A beautiful memorial service was held March 19 for Mary Carol Suhonen Erickson at the Free Church in Wright. Her siblings and many nieces and nephews, relatives, friends and neighbors, and former co-workers attended, with brothers Doug and Robert and Pastor Ken speaking. How wonderful to see such a great family gathering, even for a sad occasion — a real celebration of Mary’s life.

Ladies Springtime Soul Rejuvenation is Saturday, April 2, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cromwell. Kindergarten Roundup is 8:45-10:30 a.m. Friday, April 8 the Cromwell-Wright School. Information packets were sent to all families with children turning 5 on or before Sept. 1. If you did not receive one, or would like to be added to the list, please contact the school office, 644-3737, option 0.
Check out the white board at Farmers Co-op in Wright for the best deals at the store. I find that buying most of my groceries, and more, at the local co-op saves me money, gas and time, and I don’t get caught up in much impulse buying either.
The Arrowhead Library System Bookmobile will be in the vicinity of the post office in Wright 1-1:45 p.m. April 12, May 3 and 24, and June 14.
