Obituary: Jon W. Abraham

Jon W. Abraham, 76, of Shoreview passed away on April 18, 2023. He was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and grew up in Cloquet, graduating from Cloquet High School in 1965. He attended St. Cloud State University and graduated with a degree in education. Jon served in the U.S. Armed Forces in Germany 1971 through 1972.

Jon and his wife, Paula, lived and raised their daughters in Chisholm. Jon was a teacher for 25 years and owned and operated Abraham Real Estate and Insurance Agency with Paula.

He is survived by his wife, Paula; daughters, Mae (Bill) Petrangelo and Jo Abraham; and grandchildren, Jon, Joseph, Jack and Ophelia. He is also survived by brothers Alan (Cheri) Abraham and Robin (Kathy) Abraham, and sisters-in-law Marilouise Koerber and Paulette Perkovich.

Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral mass Saturday, June 17 at St. Joseph's Church in Chisholm. Arrangements are by Rupp Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Chisholm.
