Cloquet students were prepped on Memorial Day this year, courtesy of the American Legion Auxiliary. Churchill third-grade student Makayla Saarland, left, and fourth-grade student Autumn Prachar receive coloring books on the story of the poppy, presented by auxiliary president Penny Buran. Washington Elementary School also received the books. At Cloquet Middle School, copies of "Our Country's Flag" comic books were presented.
