Learn some food preservation basics

As summer begins to wind down, gardens are abundant with the fall harvest. Food preservation is a major component in being able to enjoy the spoils of the garden for months to come. Join Extension Educators Mercedes Moffett and Troy Salzer along with Master Gardener Kathy Rahkola as they discuss the basics of food preservation 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 at Thomson Town Hall.
