There will be yoga at 11 a.m. Mondays at the Cromwell Pavilion.

Bring your kids and grandkids to the Cromwell city offices on Dec. 16 for a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The city office is to the left as you turn into the Cromwell Park and Pavilion. Treat bags will be distributed.

The Christmas holiday school programs will be held at 6 p.m. on Dec. 18 for the high school, and at 6 p.m. on Dec. 19 for the elementary grades. There will be early dismissal on Friday, Dec. 22 at 1 p.m. There is a full schedule of school events on their website including all the sports games.

There will be a Cromwell-Wright blood drive 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 21 at the school. Call Trudy at 218-740-1542 to sign up.

Christmas worship services at Bethany and Bethlehem have been announced. Bethlehem Lutheran in Wright will have only one service, at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve, with no Sunday morning service on Dec. 24 or Monday, Christmas Day. Bethany in Cromwell will hold services at 9:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Dec. 24.

There’s still time to attend “Christmas Belles” at the County Seat Theater in Cloquet, but most of the tickets are sold. I just saw it and it is great. Funny and serious, it’s a great way to celebrate the holiday season.
