PHOTOS: You otter see these guys

Local photographer Will Stenberg was scouting for birds along the St. Louis River in Jay Cooke State Park last weekend and eventually stumbled upon a surprise at Chambers Grove near Minnesota Highway 23: Otters in ice. "I had seen just a handful of birds this morning and had started back to the truck, walking along the St. Louis River," Stenberg said. "Was I ever surprised to see otters. They are a very rare sight for me. After they became tired of me, they moved down to the Highway 23 bridge."
