Obituary: Frederick William Branham Jr.

Frederick William Branham Jr., age 77 of Cloquet, Minnesota passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet. He was born on March 7, 1947, to Frederick and Dorothy (Borgen) Branham.

Fred received his education from Barnum High School and later attended the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Fred married Linda Burggraff on May 21, 1981. He loved camping, boating, playing cards, traveling, and trips to visit family and friends. Fred was also a talented stained glass artist.

Fred will be remembered by his wife, Linda; children, Bill Branham, Taylor (DeAnne) Branham, Jason (Patty) Branham, Angela (Greg) McQuinn, Michael (Angie) Green, Trudy (Jayme) Hackensmith, Donna (Luke) Lekander, and Amy (Scott) Doran; 27 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Connie (Gerry) Broman; and other extended relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Cloquet with a visitation one hour prior. A luncheon will follow at the church. Inurnment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet.
