National Night Out was celebrated across Carlton County Tuesday. The annual summer gathering of neighbors takes on a citywide flair in Cloquet, right, including several foot races featuring law enforcement and children. In addition, there was plenty of food, a spirited squirt gun fight, baby animals, and bounce houses.
