Letter to the Editor: The choice is yours

A person can’t work for the FBI or CIA with felony convictions and yet they can be the president of the United States and have 34 felonies on their record. Some things must change regarding this policy, as it opens the door for felons to be commander in chief of our military.

Many religious leaders and people who call themselves Christians will vote for the candidate who appointed justices to the Supreme Court who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade, taking away the woman’s right to choose, and yet will vote for a womanizer, liar, convicted felon, adulterer, and breaker of so many commandments.

Now we have Gov. Tim Walz as Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate. Minnesota is on the radar and Walz is a great speaker and communicator. In this writer’s opinion, Donald Trump and J.D. Vance should be running scared, as they will find shortly what it is like to be America’s biggest losers.

Get out to vote for a felon or a prosecutor on Nov. 5. We have, as Americans, a choice.
