Hong Kong restaurant to close in November

The Hong Kong Restaurant on Sunnyside Drive in Cloquet announced on social media this week that it will be shuttering the restaurant on Nov. 24. The Chinese restaurant has been operating since opening in the West End part of downtown in 1986. In 1997 it moved to its current location off Minnesota Highway 33.

The Panda Buffet at 1310 Cloquet Ave. is the only other Chinese food option in the city.
