Halloween is over, and I was surprised to get 37 trick-or-treaters at my new home in Cromwell. I was prepared for about 25, so had to improvise on the last few kids, but they all went away happy. Anyway, it was fun to see so many happy kids, and most of them were accompanied by their parents.

The Trunk or Treat sponsored by the Cromwell-Wright area fire district was a huge success. They must have had 15 to 20 area folks participating in the event, and they even had to close early because they ran out of treats. I’m sure it will grow to a bigger and better event next year. Thanks to everyone who participated.
