Obituary: Ann J. Terp

Ann J. Terp, 95, of Carlton passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton. Ann was born July 1, 1929, to Richard and Kathy Huisinger in Marshall, Minnesota. She was raised in Canby, Minnesota, and attended school there. On July 22, 1950, Ann was united in marriage to Loren Terp.

Ann and the family moved to Cloquet in 1953, where she was a homemaker. Her heart was taking care of children, and she enjoyed collecting dolls.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Terp; parents, Richard and Kathy Huisinger; son Glen Terp; and 16 brothers and sisters.

She will be missed by her children Dean Terp, Jean Terp and Jerry Lee Terp; and eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 12 p.m. until the 1 p.m. service on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet.
