Wright/Cromwell News

November is National Education Month, so try to send your children’s teachers a thank-you note. If you are an educator, thanks.

Community bingo will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Villa Vista and Cardinal Courts.

The Villa/Cardinal will celebrate its 50th anniversary at Family Night starting at 6 p.m. Dec. 4. All area folks are encouraged to attend.

Don’t forget the show at Cloquet’s County Seat Theater in December. They are always great productions, and “A Goblins’ Christmas Carol” will get you in the mood for Christmas. Dates are Dec. 6-8 and Dec. 11-15. Call 218-878-0071 or visit the website to get tickets.

The Bethlehem Lutheran church women will have their Christmas brunch, bake sale and Christmas bazaar 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 14. Folks can start bringing new and gently used winter items anytime. This will be their last sale before the church closes, so clean out those items to donate to this sale.

Christmas break at school will be Dec. 23 through Jan. 1.

That’s all the news from the Edge of Wright and Cromwell Corner.
