JoAnn Helen Pera, 85, of Cloquet passed away Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024, at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth. She was born Sept. 25, 1939, to Oscar and Rose Larsen. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are by Atkins-Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet.
